Terms of Use

The Healthy Water Alliance was founded to help nonprofit groups raise extra funds, and offer businesses a valuable drinking water service. The dealer is the party providing the equipment and service to business facilities under a service agreement. The nonprofit group is in no way responsible for any equipment or service provided by the dealer and neither accepts nor is responsible for any business risks associated with the placement of such equipment in or near any facility. The dealer as the party joining in the service agreement with the prospective business accepts all risks and liabilities inherent in the particular operation of providing purified drinking water at a business facility.

The dealer, in good faith, agrees to contribute $50 to the treasury of the nonprofit group that has

• registered on the website www.refer.officewater.net as a group,
• submitted a completed referral form identifying the pertinent information about the referral business and itâ?Ts decision maker,
• introduce the dealer and the water service product to the decision maker for consideration,
• dealer and prospective business enter into a service agreement whereby dealer will, by signed agreement, provide water purification equipment at the business facility for a period of not less than one year.

In the event a month to month agreement is achieved, the dealer at itâ?Ts sole discretion will contribute the sum of $50 in equal installments, paid quarterly, in arrears. In the event the service is discontinued at any time in the course of the first year, the dealer will not be required to continue payments on the service no longer provided. The dealer will pay the prorated share of the term of use.

The nonprofit has no responsibility to solicit or achieve any level of performance, and has no requirement for investment of any kind. The program is a referral, finders fee fundraising program. The participation is open to any nonprofit organization and participation in the program is totally discretionary. The only activity that will result in the payment of the stated referral fee is that of a registered group whose individual members register as part of that group and provide unique and documented referrals that lead to a completed installation of water purification equipment at the registered referral business location. The dealer is actively pursuing other customer acquisition activity and the mere coincidence of an installation in a facility where a member works does not constitute a qualified referral. The full intent of this offer is to pay for new, unique, and personal introduction that leads to contracted agreements to provide service.

The dealer, at its sole discretion, will judge the uniqueness of the referral. Only those referrals deemed unique will be subject to the referral contribution. The dealers discretion is final and not subject to review. The nonprofit group agrees to hold harmless any action or judgments made by the dealer at his sole discretion. The dealer reserves the right to change the amount of the referral fee at any time, and agrees to notify the registered group contact of such change, should it occur. The dealer, at its sole discretion may refuse to install the water purification equipment in any facility, for any business, for any reason. Such a decision by the dealer releases the dealer from any obligation to contribute the stated referral fee.

The nonprofit and dealer are not bound to any limit of time by this agreement. Either party can discontinue the relationship herein created. By accepting these terms the user acknowledges having read and understood the terms and agrees to hold the dealer harmless under all circumstances.
